What can I Say…Nutritional Yeast ROCKS! After Years of On & Off Vegan Meals. this is the 1st Time I have Incorporated Nutritional Yeast into My Diet as Suggested by My Parents. Nutritional Yeast is a Great Super Food Source of Protein & Vitamins, including Most Importantly the B-Complex Vitamins Containing Folates, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Selenium & Zinc.
